690 V电压系统在炼厂应用中的问题及其对策

摘要: 对690 V电压系统在变频器驱动下发生的电缆绝缘击穿、电机低频共振和电磁干扰造成机组停机等问题进行了分析,电缆绝缘击穿可以通过控制系统电压或提高电缆绝缘水平的方式得到解决,改变机泵的固有振动频率或采用变频电机能消除低频共振,控制电缆采用屏蔽电缆,且屏蔽层两端接地可防止电磁干扰。在690 V电压系统中开关的短路分断能力会下降,其中塑壳开关下降的比例会更大,而熔断器有极高的短路分断能力。变频器与电机容量匹配时,确定最大负载电流,电机的额定功率可作为参考。风机、泵类负载的变频电机宜选择自扇风冷方式

Abstract: When 690 V voltage systems are driven by variable frequency drives, the unit shutdown caused by insulation breakdown of cables, electromagnetic interference and low frequency resonance of motors are analyzed. The insulation breakdown of cables can be solved by controlling system voltage or improving cable insulation. Low frequency resonance can be eliminated by changing the natural frequency of pumps or utilizing variable frequency motors. Electromagnetic interference can be prevented by using shielded cables with the shielding layer grounded at both ends. The short circuit breaking capacity of switches decreases in the 690 V voltage systems, and the decline in that of molded case switches is greater, while the fuses have extremely high short circuit breaking capacity. When the variable frequency drives match with the motor capacity, maximum load current is determined and the rated power of motors can be used for reference. Self-ventilated air cooling should be selected for the variable frequency motor of blowers and pumps.
